Loved this little Mama and Son session in what I like to call the “Mini-Redwoods” Even little Diesel did great.
There’s something empowering for me when I’m shooting a single parent. And it’s not just because I can relate.
It’s about seeing the children so happy, despite the circumstances. The parents being successful and the safe world they have created for their children. Because really at the end of the day, that’s what we usually do it all for right? Our little ones.
Being able to capture the love and strength (because you know they’ve been through hard times)…..that’s empowering.
