Congratulation to the new Mr. and Mrs!
I was so excited when Jenny first contacted me about a year ago to photograph her wedding at Silver Fork Lodge. I could tell that she was putting a lot of thought and detail in to everything and I couldn’t wait to see it all come together!
Their ceremony was beautiful, the reading of vows and exchanging of rings, right down to the Croatian tradition of sprinkling sugar on them and feeding each other honey to keep their marriage sweet. To make it even more memorable, it began raining seconds before they walked back down the aisle as Husband and Wife. I was honored to be a part of such a beautiful celebration!
They just so happened to get married on their best friends wedding anniversary, so after they cut their own wedding cake, they invited their best friends up and surprised them with their own anniversary cake. It was so sweet and every one had tears in their eyes as they celebrated not only their love but their best friends love as well. They are such a genuine couple I’m sure they will have a life filled with strong friendships, love, and good luck! After all, that is what they say about it raining on your wedding day!!
